Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

To request a return, please get in touch with us at laineylaineco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• You'll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
